For the last 25 years, I’ve been obsessed with one thing: helping teams win.
That journey started with managing multiple McDonald’s restaurants—yes, I’m a proud graduate of Hamburger University with a degree in Hamburgerology. But beyond the fryer and front counter, I was learning how to lead people, how to create systems that scale, and how to turn chaos into performance.
From there, I built and led multiple businesses of my own. The most recent? I just passed it on to my oldest son—a full-circle moment that I’m deeply proud of.
Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of coaching teams inside 20 of the top 100 companies in America. My work has always been rooted in understanding the business model, aligning the people behind it, and guiding the team toward results they thought were out of reach.
But in late 2020, everything changed.
My father—an incredible man and quiet giant of a leader—contracted COVID. In early 2021, we lost him.
He spent over 40 years at an aeronautical company, starting in the lab and rising all the way to the executive level. He taught me everything I know about leadership, integrity, and investing in people.
Since his passing, I’ve felt a pull to do something that would honor his legacy. Not just business as usual—but a new chapter built on purpose.
That’s why I’ve become a Pinnacle Business Guide.
Pinnacle is more than a system—it’s a way of helping entrepreneurs and leadership teams unlock everything they’re capable of. It gives structure to chaos, clarity to confusion, and helps companies build not just bigger businesses, but better lives.
This is my new chapter. My calling. My way of giving back everything I’ve learned—and everything my father taught me.
Let’s climb.
